What we collect

We collect the contact details, business information, service areas, links, and optional logo you submit. Please do not submit customer records, confidential case information, or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to identify and research your business, build your website and prepare your weekly growth report, coordinate your trial, and contact you about the service.

Where it is stored

Submissions and logo files are stored using our hosted website infrastructure, including Cloudflare database and file storage. Access to submitted information is restricted to Momyntum. We do not publish your intake form or sell your information.

Your trial website

During your 14-day free trial, the website we build for you is published at momyntum.com/preview/yourbusiness and marked so search engines do not index it. It is built from the business details, links, and logo you submit. We email you the link from hello@momyntum.com when the website is live, and a reminder two days before your trial ends. If you continue the full growth service at $49 a month (your website and hosting, outreach that brings in new customers, help getting found on Google and AI search, and a weekly report), it moves to yourbusiness.momyntum.com. If you don’t keep it, the website goes offline when the trial ends and your weekly growth reports stop. Seven days later, we delete the website along with the intake details and logo you submitted.

Weekly opportunity list

If you join the free weekly opportunity list, we store your email address in Momyntum’s database, along with when you joined, the page you joined from, and the wording you agreed to. To limit abuse, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the date, not the address itself. Your email address is synced to Resend, our email sending provider, and to a Google Sheet that Momyntum uses to manage the list. We use your email address only to send the list. Every list email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, joining again does not resubscribe you; contact hello@momyntum.com if you want back in. We do not sell your email address.

Your choices

Contact hello@momyntum.com to correct your information, ask about its use, or request deletion. We retain submissions while assessing or providing the service. If you don’t keep your trial website, we delete your submission and logo along with it, 7 days after your trial ends.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and signup activity. Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information such as device and browser details. We do not send your name, email, business details, or onboarding answers to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any public page to allow or decline analytics, or change your choice later. Declining does not affect signup or the service.

Site operation

We use a short-lived security cookie for form submission. This version does not include advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and protect the site.
